Jim Roberts, Bible Study Time Teacher
Jim Roberts is our Bible Study Time teacher. Jim works with the children each Sunday evening and teaches a Sunday evening Bible class. Jim cites the Apostle Paul's instruction to Timothy in 2 Timothy 4:1-2 as a major source of inspiration to him. In that verse Paul said:
2 Timothy 4:1-2
1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. (KJV)
Jim is the son of our pastor, James Roberts, and was ordained
into the ministry at the Peace Church in April of 1975. Since that time
he has worked with Peace Church and several churches in Texas.
